The Ezytek Clean Single Post Tyre Rest Lift is a specialized underground hydraulic vehicle lift designed specifically for professional wash bays and car detailing centers. Unlike standard chassis-grip lifts that elevate vehicles by their frame, this system uses full drive-on parallel runways that support the vehicle entirely by its tyres.

1. Lifting Mechanism: Typically powered by a heavy-duty, single or twin-cylinder hydraulic system (oil pressure operating around 8 bar).
2. Design: Utilizes a single, central inground post and butterfly-style or fixed-track wheel platforms (usually up to 3600-4800 mm long) to support the vehicle’s tyres.
3. Capacity: Built to handle weights ranging from 2 to 4 tons (ideal for standard cars and heavy SUVs).

2. Open Undercarriage Cleaning: Because the single central piston elevates the entire platform from the middle, the vehicle’s structural chassis elements, exhaust, floor panels, and axles are exposed for 360-degree high-pressure washing.
3. Superior Mechanical Stability: The wide platform distributes vehicle weight evenly across the four tyre footprint points. This layout keeps heavy SUVs, sedans, and light trucks safe from shifting or tilting during aggressive scrubbing.
4. Completely Waterproofed Plunger: The single vertical cylinder is housed in a water-sealed underground casing. High-grade specialized polyurethane seals block soapy runoff, sludge, and debris from contaminating the internal hydraulic circuit.
