Description
The Automatic Single Arm Jet Wash Plant by Ezytek Clean is a touchless vehicle cleaning system designed for efficiency and safety. It uses high-pressure water jets and automated cycles to clean vehicles without physical brushes, minimizing the risk of paint scratches.

- 360° Rotating Arm: A single robotic arm rotates around the vehicle, providing full liquid and high-pressure water spray coverage from all sides.
- Touchless Technology: Employs high-pressure fixed and oscillating nozzles (delivering up to 150 bar) to displace dirt and grime without surface contact.
- Automated Cycle: Features a complete “Auto Jet-Foam-Wax” cycle that automates pre-wash, foam application, rinsing, and waxing.
- Smart Sensing: Equipped with ultrasonic sensors and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with an HMI touch panel to automatically detect vehicle length and position for precise cleaning.
- Underbody Wash: Includes a robotic undercarriage wash system with oscillating nozzles to clean the chassis and wheels without manual lifting
