The Automatic Brush Car Wash Plant (often referred to as the EZY-ZX or EZY-X01 series) by Ezytek Clean is a high-throughput, rollover-style cleaning system designed for commercial service centers. Unlike touchless systems, it uses soft-touch brushes to physically scrub vehicles for a deeper clean

• Three-Brush System: Typically configured with one horizontal top brush and two vertical side brushes that tilt up to 10° to accurately follow the vehicle’s contours.
• High-Quality Brushes: Uses soft foam or nylon brushes designed to be gentle on paint while effectively removing stubborn dirt; these are rated for approximately 100,000 washes.
• Smart Automation: Managed by a PLC with an HMI touch panel and ultrasonic sensors to automatically detect vehicle length, position, and shape to select the optimal wash cycle.
• Integrated Multi-Cycle: A complete automated sequence typically includes underbody washing, foam application, brush scrubbing, high-pressure rinsing, waxing, and air drying.
• Safety Systems: Features an intelligent avoidance system to prevent damage to different vehicle types and a fault self-detection function for easier maintenance.
