Rotating Underbody Lance (Manual/Semi-Automatic) The Rotating Underbody Lance is designed as a more affordable, manual-assisted alternative to fully robotic systems.
- Purpose: Specifically designed to clean the underside of cars and trucks without the need for a hydraulic lift.
- Key Features:
- Rotating Mechanism: Features rotating nozzles (often 2 or 3) that spin at high speeds to dislodge mud, sludge, and road salt.
- Construction: Built with a sturdy stainless steel body for high durability and corrosion resistance.
- Adjustability: Suitable for various ground clearances (typically 11 cm to 39 cm), covering most vehicle types from low-chassis cars to SUVs.
- Technical Specifications:
- Pressure: Operates at approximately 120 to 150 bar.
- Washing Time: Can complete an underbody clean in approximately 1.5 minutes per vehicle.
- Consumption: Efficient water usage, often around 20 liters per vehicle.
